Introduction

Since May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been in force, establishing a legal framework for the processing of personal data in Europe. This regulation aims to harmonize the protection of personal data within the EU and also applies, under certain conditions, outside the borders of Europe. As a company that processes personal data, Trenta and its Axome division are subject to this legal framework, acting as both a subcontractor and data controller.

Definitions

Personal data: Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Treatment: Operations applied to personal data (collection, registration, storage, etc.).
Responsible for the treatment: Entity that determines the purposes and means of data processing.
Subcontractor: Entity that processes personal data on behalf of a data controller.

Processed by Axome as a subcontractor, following the instructions of the customer's data controller.

‍Axome acts as the data controller for its own management data.

- Process data only at the request of the customer, with reinforced security measures.
- Do not transfer data to third parties without an adequate level of protection.
- Inform customers in case of recourse to other subcontractors.
- Assist customers to meet regulatory obligations in the event of a data breach.

Axome's commitments as a subcontractor

Axome édite l'application Shopify Axome Connect, réservée à ses clients, pour suivre la performance de leur boutique. Axome agit en tant que sous-traitant du marchand.
- Données : informations de la boutique et chiffres agrégés, en lecture seule. Aucune donnée personnelle des clients finaux n'est collectée.
- Conservation : la clé d'accès est supprimée à la désinstallation. Les données sont conservées pendant l'accompagnement, puis 3 ans au maximum.
- Sécurité : HTTPS, clés chiffrées (AES-256-GCM), accès réservé aux collaborateurs habilités.
- Hébergement : OVHcloud, en France.
- Vos droits : accès, rectification, effacement, opposition via [email protected], ou réclamation auprès de la CNIL.

The current priority action is the training and awareness of our production teams (Webflow developers, designers, content editors) in good digital accessibility practices, in order to integrate these principles at the design stage of new projects carried out with Webflow.
