E-commerce and AI: Optimizing Jean Martin's brand image and conversion on Shopify.
An institution of Provençal cuisine since 1920, the house Jean Martin wanted to modernize its online presence to align it with its premium and natural brand identity. The major challenge of this redesign was to migrate to a more agile solution, Shopify, in order to offer the brand total autonomy in the management of its catalog and its commercial operations, while boosting the technical performance of the site.

UX/UI design: An immersive and mobile-first experience
The design approach was designed to immerse the user in the world of Provence. We preferred a Clean and immersive DA, focusing on product quality through strong iconography.
Navigation has been optimized for Mobile-first, guaranteeing a perfect fluidity of the buying process. The experience is enriched by the mechanics of Cross-selling intelligent, suggesting combinations of products (e.g. tapenades and crackers) to increase the average basket right from the product sheet.

Content Factory & IA: Innovation at the service of brand image
The project benefitted from an innovative synergy between technique and artistic direction thanks to our Content Factory AI.
To meet brand image needs, we used AI to generate lifestyle visuals and standardize packshots. This technological mastery made it possible to create a coherent and high-end aesthetic without the constraints of heavy shootings.
On the functional side, we have configured a robust ecosystem including the management of logistics flows and a data structure optimized for SEO and conversion.

Klaviyo ecosystem: A powerful and 100% autonomous CRM
Beyond the store, we orchestrated the entire relational strategy via Klaviyo.
