Almé Paris' digital transformation: successful migration from Magento to Shopify in 4 months
Almé Paris, a brand known for its elegance and refined style, has undertaken a major digital transformation by moving from Magento to Shopify. This rapid migration in only 4 months aimed to modernize their platform while meeting the needs of performance and ease of use, both for the team and for the users. Axome took part in this project by focusing on the fluidity of the user experience and by strengthening the artistic direction.

Why Shopify was the obvious choice for Almé Paris
Shopify was quickly identified as the ideal solution to meet Almé Paris' ambitions. Its flexibility and intuitive interface allow teams to easily manage their store, but above all, the platform aligns perfectly with the speed and performance requirements of modern e-commerce. Shopify not only simplified inventory and order management, but also optimized site load times, a key factor in improving the user experience.

Art direction: an elegant digital showcase
Beyond the technique, the redesign included meticulous work on artistic direction. The visual universe of Almé Paris had to be maintained while being modernized. The new online store reflects the brand's DNA, with careful aesthetic choices to highlight products in an elegant and consistent way. Each visual element, from the typography to the color palette, has been designed to reinforce the visual identity of Almé Paris while creating a harmonious and intuitive navigation for users.
UX/UI: a redesigned user experience
One of the major challenges of this migration was to improve the ergonomics of the site. The objective: to offer a smooth browsing experience, whether for the purchase of a first dress or for a quick consultation of the inventory. We redesigned the structure of the pages to make navigation more intuitive and optimize the customer journey, with a focus on quick access to key information and advanced mobile optimization, essential in the ready-to-wear sector.

Shopify POS: an essential ally for an omnichannel experience
The Shopify POS solution has been integrated to ensure perfect synchronization between online and in-store sales. Thanks to this tool, Almé Paris teams have a unified interface to manage both physical and online sales, thus offering centralized inventory management in real time. This not only allows for better fluidity in operations, but also ensures a consistent customer experience, regardless of the point of contact.
