Present in more than 60 countries, the sports nutrition giant QNT wanted to reinvigorate its digital experience. What's at stake? Transforming a complex e-commerce platform into a B2C growth driver, as dynamic as the brand. The objective was to simplify international management while offering sports enthusiasts an immersive, efficient and perfectly fluid site, regardless of the country of purchase.

Optimizing the customer experience through UX/UI

To embody the energy of QNT, we designed an interface ultra-visual and rhythmic, where immersion is the key word. By integrating interactive videos via Join Stories, the site adopts the dynamic codes of social networks: it is lively, fast and perfectly adapted to mobile uses.

The buying process becomes a real support thanks to the Product Recommendation Quiz. This tool simplifies the choice by directing each athlete to the ideal supplement according to their goals (performance, weight loss or well-being). The idea is to offer a role of online expert advisor, enriched by features from Wishlist And of Bundles (personalized packs) for a tailor-made and intuitive shopping experience.

The core of this project lay in managing a global presence within a single interface. Thanks to the deployment of Shopify Markets, QNT now manages its various markets with total agility, ensuring global price consistency and logistics adapted to each zone.

To optimize the conversion, our teams have developed tailor-made solutions, such as a dynamic delivery bar adjusting the free thresholds according to the user's location. This technical customization boosts the average basket while guaranteeing perfect synchronization of stocks internationally.

High-precision Webmastering & SEO support

Beyond the technique, the success of the project is based on a custom webmastering.
