Schott, it's much more than a clothing brand: it's a myth. Born in New York in 1913, Schott is the creator of the very first zipped leather jacket, worn by legends like Marlon Brando or the Ramones. A symbol of freedom, audacity, and urban culture — from perfecto to parka, the brand goes through the ages without ever denying its DNA.
When Schott France entrusted us with the complete redesign of its e-commerce site, the challenge was clear: to offer a digital experience that extends the brand's footprint, while relying on a more powerful and scalable platform.

Redesign of the Schott site: e-commerce at the height of an iconic brand

Migrating to Shopify Plus: performance & scalability
First step: leaving Magento to migrate to Shopify Plus, with the ambition to gain in agility, performance, and autonomy.
This technical transition made it possible to:
- Increase reliability and speed Of the site
- Simplify product catalog management and campaigns
- Supporting the growth of the brand in France and abroad
Our technical team orchestrated this migration smoothly, while ensuring the recovery of essential data (customers, orders, products) and setting up a robust structure for future developments.

A UX/UI redesigned to enhance the Schott universe
Schott is a strong brand. It was therefore necessary to have a suitable DA. We worked on an artistic direction Sober, impacting and current, capable of creating a dialogue between heritage and modernity.
The UX/UI has been completely reworked to offer:
- An interface refined and immersive, designed to put the image at the heart of the experience
- One mobile-first journey smooth and intuitive
- One clear navigation to explore collections, collabs, or the brand's DNA
- One Optimized checkout To convert without friction
The objective: to let the visuals speak, highlight the cuts, the materials, the spirit of the pieces... and allow users to immediately dive into the Schott universe.

E-commerce boosted by AI & data
The new Schott site is also a smarter platform.
Thanks to our AI-assisted visual creation tools, we reworked some of the visuals produced to improve quality, consistency, and speed of execution.
On the CRM side, the integration of Klaviyo made it possible to:
- Deploy targeted campaigns and relevant
- Set up automated flows (cart abandonments, post-purchase, retargeting...)
- Follow and optimize performance continuously
Each interaction is thus designed to strengthen the customer relationship and support the purchase journey until loyalty.

When Schott DNA meets digital performance
With this redesign, Schott now has a solid, elegant and performance-oriented e-commerce site. A Shopify Plus platform designed to support the growth of the brand, optimize the user experience, and strengthen its digital presence, while respecting its unique DNA. An ambitious project carried out hand in hand with the Schott teams, to combine strong identity with digital efficiency.
