Created in 2014, La Petite Étoile embodies Parisian fashion at its most authentic: a blend of elegance, freedom and femininity. Designed for today's women, the brand offers accessible and refined clothing. With physical stores and a strong online presence, the brand pursues a clear ambition: to promote its Parisian universe through a coherent omnichannel experience.

A digital design faithful to the brand's DNA

The e-commerce site redesign project had a strong objective: to align brand DNA and digital performance. The founders wanted an elegant, fluid and inspiring site that could visually translate their passion for women's fashion and brand positioning.

Our UI/UX teams have therefore rethought every detail:

  • A refined artistic direction to enhance the collections.
  • Immersive visuals and a more balanced focus between products and storytelling.
  • Clear and intuitive navigation, designed mobile-first, to adapt to the 70% of mobile traffic on the site.

A redesigned experience to maximize conversion

One of the major challenges was to improve the conversion rate on mobile, by simplifying the buying process and optimizing the key stages of the tunnel.
The experience has been redesigned around three axes:

  • Facilitate product discovery: work on menus, filters and display speed.
  • Simplify key actions: addition to the basket, returns, product availability.
  • Strengthen personalization: implementation of “Back in stock” functionalities via Klaviyo and automations with Shopify Flow.


Shopify Plus: a solid foundation for efficient and scalable e-commerce

Already on Shopify Plus since 2022, the brand wanted to start again on a sound technical basis. Our teams supported La Petite Étoile in a major job of cleaning the back office and streamlining the apps:

  • Complete redesign of the theme for lighter and maintainable code.
  • SEO and Core Web Vitals performance audit and optimization.
  • Simplifying the catalog and integrations (Matrixify, Klaviyo, Shopify Flow).

This technical redesign made the site faster, more stable, and easier to administer, both for internal teams and for end users.
