Hast.fr aimed to achieve two major goals with its redesign:

Improve web performance by reducing load times and optimizing the user experience on different devices.

Integrate a cross-channel strategy to provide a seamless shopping experience across multiple sales channels, including the website, mobile applications, and physical stores.

To achieve these objectives, various actions have been undertaken:

Web Performance Improvement : Optimization of images, minification and compression of files, use of a CDN and improvement of mobile responsiveness.

Cross-channel Strategy Integration : Analysis of the customer journey, integration of online and in-store stocks, introduction of the Click & Collect option, and implementation of a unified loyalty program

Result

After the redesign, Hast.fr registered significant improvements:

Web performance : Substantial reduction in load time and bounce rate, with an increase in conversion rate.
