One of the key elements of this project was the tailor-made integration of Shopify, which made it possible to build a site consistent with the values of Hydratis while optimizing its performance. We took care of all the technical set-up, configuring the backend of the site to be easy to manage and to function optimally.
Thanks to this integration, we were able to align the platform with the brand's visual identity while ensuring smooth and intuitive navigation. This allowed Hydratis to structure and integrate a wide variety of content (detailed product sheets, precise descriptions of ingredients, tips for use, etc.) in a coherent and well-organized interface.
The rigorous implementation of this content ensured a clear and complete presentation of the products, while strengthening the user experience.

One of the major axes of this project was the improvement of the subscription section and the creation of custom packs to provide an optimized user experience. We've integrated a smooth subscription feature, allowing users to subscribe to their favorite products in a simple and convenient way, while offering the option to customize their subscription according to their needs. This option not only ensures customer loyalty, but also provides them with a simplified recurring shopping experience.
At the same time, the Composition of product packs has been designed to meet the specific needs of customers. We facilitated the creation of packs bringing together complementary products, in order to improve the shopping experience and to offer adapted solutions. The integration of these functionalities allowed Hydratis to strengthen its value proposition, while increasing the average basket and improving customer satisfaction.
