Your questions about Amazon
Isn't Amazon going to cannibalize my Shopify site?
This is a common but often unfounded fear. Amazon reaches a different clientele, often loyal to the Prime subscription, who would not have purchased on your site. It is an additional acquisition channel. We are precisely working on pricing and product offerings to differentiate the two channels.
Do I have to use FBA (Shipped by Amazon)?
No, but it is highly recommended to win the “Buy Box” and benefit from the Prime badge, a key conversion factor (x3). We analyze your margins to determine if the FBA cost is absorbable or if FBM management (Shipped by you) is preferable for certain large products.
How do I sync my Shopify and Amazon inventory?
